The successful candidate will be responsible for growing the institution’s customer base, developing strong client relationships, generating quality business and supporting the achievement of branch targets.

Responsibilities:
• Identify and acquire new customers and business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Drive quality loan/business acquisition in line with Fincorp’s credit policies.
• Conduct market visits and customer activations to generate new business.
• Follow up on leads, applications and customer relationships.
• Support loan portfolio quality through effective customer follow-up.
• Monitor customer accounts and support timely collections where required.
• Deliver excellent customer service and promote customer retention.
• Meet agreed individual and branch sales targets.
• Prepare accurate reports and maintain proper customer records.
• Work closely with the Branch Manager and other teams to achieve branch objectives.

Requirements:
• A relevant Diploma or bachelor’s degree.
• Previous experience in sales, relationship management, microfinance, banking, SACCOs or credit/lending will be an advantage.
• Strong business development and customer acquisition skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• A strong understanding of the local market.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Target-driven, proactive and self-motivated personality.
• High level of integrity and professionalism.
• Willingness to conduct field-based customer and market visits.
